Overview

The aim of the role is to understand the clients supply chain requirement and where we can assist. Concluding whether this is business or design consulting, or if this is a technology solution implementation. Then driving the relevant project with support of the broader team.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant degree, or equivalent experience

Supply chain, engineering or IT qualifications are preferred

Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment (Preferred)

Friendly and upbeat personality:

This is a client facing role.

Performs as part of a team.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Problem-solving skills.

A good understanding of the underlying WMS and ERP Technologies.

Project Management and Delivery Skills:

Work breakdown.

Task and deadline driven.

Duties:

Facilitate scoping workshops (Supported by the PM).

Understand the client business process, and requirements then guiding the design of the future process.

Document requirements specifications, includes process mapping and process description.

Configure company functions through the setup front end.

Read and add to basic SQL in the back end. This is used for

adjustment to functionality, Report writing, etc.

Advise customers regarding not only the company WMS but also operational aspects of their supply chain.

Development of business cases to motivate for project approval.

Task tracking and delivery management support.

Identify, raise and manage project risks:

Requires communication, solution understanding, customer requirements knowledge.

Provide quality customer progress feedback.

A good balance of understanding technical solutions, as well as how they are used to drive improvement is what this role is about.
