Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Nursing Assistantship or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Valid professional license (where applicable).

Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience in a healthcare facility.

Skills Required

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in patient care and documentation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Good communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with patients and medical staff.

Highly organized, hard‑working, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Strong critical thinking and ability to assist with various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support nurses and doctors in daily patient care activities.

Assist with patient admission, discharge, and documentation processes.

Provide basic nursing care including monitoring vital signs, hygiene, and comfort.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient services.
