Job Description

KMG-Ethiopia is an Ethiopian resident’s charity that works to improve the social and economic life of women, girls and marginalized groups through integrated development interventions linking economy, society and ecology.

Thus, the organization is inviting all interested professionals who satisfy the requirements for the following positions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Plans and organizes all the activities related to Women’s Empowerment;

Prepares quarterly activity and budget requests and ensure the transfer of fund to project areas ;

Develops standards for development and management of the program;

Initiates project concept note and write fundable project proposals for the program;

Develops modules and provides training on the program

Leads in the development of quality project annual work and budget plans for the program

Develops monitoring and evaluation action plan for the program and projects;

Conducts monthly and quarterly program and budget monitoring;

Prepares periodic reports for the projects under the program area;

Identifies, documents and disseminates promising practices on the program

Terms of contract: One year with possible extension

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

MSC/MA/ Degree in Gender Studies, Public Health, Development management, Economics, Social Work , Sociology or equivalent ; at least 4 years of relevant experience with NGOs
