Main tasks: Managing the HR activities of the company. Including Hiring of employees, payrolling, disciplinary measures, evaluations, implementation of quality management system (certification).

Conditions of Employment : probation period during the first 45 days, contract for indefinite period.

Degree in business management

Language

Good spoken English and written English

Good spoken and written Amharic

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a function related to HR in agricultural or horticultural company.
