Job Summary

The overall purpose of this job is to design and develop social media content that promote the
school’s services maintaining visibility in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our brand during school events.

Support in managing and updating social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Aid in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia materials.

Help in utilizing Meta Business Suite and other social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor performance, and analyze metrics.

Assist in capturing and editing high-quality videos using basic video editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.

Assist in designing marketing materials such as flyers, posters, banners, and digital advertisements using graphic design software.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaigns to promote brand awareness.

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner.

Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to optimize

marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field

Minimum of 1 year of experience

Desired Competencies and Attributes

Technical proficiency: Proficient in social media management tools like Meta Business Suite and basic video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.

Graphic design skills: Ability to use graphic design software for creating marketing materials like flyers, posters, banners, and digital advertisements.

Communication skills: Effective communication to collaborate with team members in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Adaptability and learning agility: Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to optimize marketing efforts.
