Kismet International College Cabin Crew Trainer Jobs in Kenya







Requirements:


• Minimum of 1 year of experience as senior cabin crew or crew trainer

• Certification as a Cabin Crew Trainer by a recognized aviation authority (e.g., KCAA, EASA, FAA)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic learning tools.




Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training for new and existing cabin crew.


• Ensure training is aligned with civil aviation authority regulations.

• Evaluate crew performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Keep training materials up to date with industry best practices.

• Coordinate with other departments for training schedules and updates. Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong training and facilitation skills for adult learners.

• Understanding of aviation regulatory requirements (e.g.. KCAA. EASA. FAA)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• High standards of customer service and hospitality.

• Ability to adapt training content to evolving industry needs.

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and compliance.

• Team player with interpersonal sensitivity and cultural awareness.
