Kisii University Senior Public Health Officer Jobs in Kenya

Job Description

For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have:

  • Cumulative service period of nine (9) years’ relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Senior Public Health Officer II or in a comparable position.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental / Public Health Sciences or its equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited institution.

  • Registration with a relevant professional body (where applicable).

  • Valid practising license from the relevant professional body (where applicable).

  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

    Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementing, and supervising public health programs.

  • Ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.

  • Conducting research and contributing to scholarly activities in public health.

  • Supporting teaching, training, and community health initiatives.Job Description
