Kisii University Senior Pharmaceutical Technologist Jobs in Kenya

Job Description

For promotion to this grade, an Officer must have:

  • Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Senior Pharmacist II or in a comparable position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or its equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited institution.

  • Registration with a relevant professional body (where applicable).

  • Valid practising licence from the relevant professional body (where applicable).

  • Certificate in Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.

  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

    Responsibilities

  • Dispensing and managing pharmaceutical supplies.

  • Supervising pharmacy operations and junior staff.

  • Ensuring compliance with medical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

  • Supporting teaching, training, and clinical practice.

  • Contributing to research and scholarly activities in Pharmacy.
