Kisii University Lecturer in Law Jobs in Kenya


Requirements for Appointment

  • Doctorate degree (PhD) from an accredited institution; OR Master’s degree with specialist training.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience.

  • At least 12 publication points from refereed journals and 2 points from conference proceedings.

  • Recognition and registration by relevant regulatory body.

  • Membership or affiliation to relevant professional body.

  • Evidence of administrative work in the department.

    Duties & Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

  • Supervise undergraduate projects and postgraduate dissertations.

  • Participate in course development and review.

  • Initiate and participate in research projects.

  • Provide professional and community services, initiate partnerships and fundraising.

  • Undertake administrative duties as assigned.
