Job Description

For appointment to this grade, an officer must demonstrate merit and ability in work performance and results, alongside the following qualifications and experience.

Qualifications / Work Experience

  • Academic Bachelor’s Degree in Health Records and Information Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited institution.

  • Professional Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Health Records and Information Management Officer I or in a comparable position.

  • Professional Registered with a relevant professional body (where applicable).

  • Professional Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
