Kisii University Deputy Chief Pharmaceutical Technologist Jobs in Kenya

Job Description

For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have:

  • Cumulative service period of nine (9) years’ relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Senior Pharmacist I or in a comparable position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or its equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited institution.

  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy or its equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited institution.

  • Registration with a relevant professional body (where applicable).

  • Valid practising licence from the relevant professional body (where applicable).

  • Demonstrated clear understanding of national development policies, goals, and objectives, with ability to integrate them into pharmaceutical services functions.

    Responsibilities

  • Supervising pharmaceutical operations and staff.

  • Ensuring compliance with medical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

  • Supporting teaching, training, and clinical practice.

  • Integrating national development policies into pharmaceutical services.
