Kisii University Assistant Laboratory Technologist I Jobs in Kenya


Job Description

For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have:

  • Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Assistant Laboratory Technologist II or in a comparable position.

  • Diploma in the relevant area of specialization from an accredited examination body.

  • Registration with a relevant professional body (where applicable).

  • Valid practising license from the relevant professional body (where applicable).

  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

    Responsibilities

  • Supporting laboratory operations and assisting senior staff.

  • Conducting routine laboratory procedures and experiments.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and resources.
