Kisii County Assembly Service Board Invites Applications from suitable qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions:

Duties and responsibilities

  • Handling Procurement Planning and co-ordination of supplies management;
  • Enforcement of Government procurement regulations, systems and procedures;
  • Preparations of supplies,estimates and control of vote head;
  • Training and development of the supplies personnel;
  • Ensures security and safe custody of stores;
  • Supervision of staff under him or her;
  • Disposal of unserviceable and/or other stores under recommendation of the Board of survey;
  • Initiation of policy, review and updating of existing regulations, supplies management instructions and inspection;
    (
  • Planning and coordinating of supply management;
  • Undertake any other duty assigned by the Clerk.

    Requirement for Appointment:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or any other related discipline;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in procurement planning and contract management;
  • Be Computer literate;
  • At least 5 years relevant experience

  • In addition, all applicants should submit certificate of clearance from EACC, Higher Education Loans Board, Directorate of Criminal Investigation Department and the Kenya Revenue Authority as part of compliance with chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya.
