As the Hotel Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, guest services, and reservations in our 4-star hotel. You will lead a team of front desk staff to provide excellent customer service to our guests and ensure that all front office operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all front office operations including reservations, guest check-in/check-out, and guest services.

Train, supervise, and support front desk staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to guests.

Develop and implement front office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, such as occupancy rates and guest satisfaction scores, and make recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Manage the front office budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment, to ensure financial goals are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Minimum of 4 years' experience in front office management in a 4 to 5-star hotel environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in hotel management software, such as Opera PMS, preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
