Kilimall Warehouse Supervisor Jobs in Kenya



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies, objectives and vision.

  • Oversee receiving, storage, distribution and maintenance of goods and warehouse facilities.

  • Develop and enforce efficient warehouse policies, procedures and operational standards.

  • Recruit, onboard, coach and motivate warehouse employees.

  • Manage inventory, stock control, system reconciliation and future warehouse capacity requirements.

  • Prepare regular warehouse reports and performance statistics.

  • Set performance expectations and conduct regular employee performance reviews.

  • Promote a safe, positive and productive working environment.

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and proper condition of goods.

    Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Three (3) to four (4) years of experience in warehouse/fulfilment operations.

  • Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.

  • Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

  • Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills.

  • Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.

  • Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
