Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations.

Provide leadership and people management.

Evaluate and oversee 3PL providers and partnerships.

Ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Apply strong knowledge of computer systems and logistics management tools.

Demonstrate excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.

Lead and develop the logistics team.

Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Implement policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Manage negotiation and vendor relationships.

Oversee transportation, courier selection and rate negotiation.

Adapt effectively to changing business needs.

Control logistics budget and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Track and improve performance using KPIs.

Oversee fleet and drop‑shipping operations.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Experience Requirements

3 – 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Experience in e‑commerce, retail, FMCG or courier operations highly desirable.
