Responsibilities
Ensure reliable power, network, and internet connectivity across all locations. Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, UPS, and backup systems. Coordinate with ISPs and monitor system uptime.
Maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), scanners, printers, and other warehouse IT systems. Provide timely on‑site troubleshooting and support during peak operations.
Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network devices. Support device lifecycle management.
Maintain CCTV systems and ensure proper recording, storage, and retrieval. Support investigations through surveillance data where required.
Manage user accounts, access rights, onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. Enforce password and access control standards to prevent unauthorized access.
Provide day‑to‑day IT support across office and warehouse operations. Ensure support requests are resolved within agreed SLA timelines. Coordinate IT support activities and team members.
Supervise and support IT staff. Train employees on internal systems, e‑commerce platforms, and warehouse tools. Develop SOPs and user guides to improve system adoption and reduce errors.
Qualifications / Work Experience
Academic Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or support roles. Experience with multi‑site IT environments, warehouse or operational environment support is highly preferred.
Professional Hands‑on troubleshooting skills (network and hardware). Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
Professional Familiarity with power backup systems (UPS, generators).
Professional Experience with CCTV systems.
Professional Basic knowledge of IT security and access control.
Professional Strong execution ability, problem‑solving skills, and ability to supervise a small team.
