  • Drop Shipping Officer

    Responsibilities
  • Receive all the dropping shipping orders from our courier partners and make an Excel to record all the order information.
  • Confirm all the drop shipping orders have been received, match them, process them in the system making sure 100% no mistakes,pack and send to Customers.
  • Receive the Drop Shipping customer’s return orders from the courier partners and make a Excel to record all the return order information.
  • Monthly confirmation of the drop Shipping orders data with the courier partners and payment application for them.
  • Supervise all the abnormal orders.
  • Keep good partnership with the Courier partners
  • Any other arrangement from the Manager.

    Required Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelor degree of Mathematics, Management, Computer technology will prefer it.
  • Proficient in Computer MS office
