Duties & Responsibilities

Provide onboarding training for new brands or new sellers before their store goes live.

Conduct regular data analysis and market research, and provide operational reports and recommendations to specific brands and sellers.

Support specific brands or sellers’ daily operations.

Communicate business goals with specific brands and sellers, discuss joint marketing plans, and drive them to achieve performance targets.

Timely follow‑up on inventory preparation and order fulfillment status of specific brands and sellers to improve fulfillment efficiency.

Stay updated with e‑commerce industry information.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any related course.

Rich product knowledge and familiarity with appliances.

Takes initiative, has a strong sense of responsibility, and can go the extra mile.

Ability to work under pressure.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
