Duties & Responsibilities

Provide onboarding training for new brands or new sellers before their store goes live.

Conduct regular data analysis and market research; provide operational reports and recommendations to specific brands and sellers.

Support specific brands or sellers’ daily operations.

Communicate business goals with brands and sellers; discuss joint marketing plans and drive performance targets.

Timely follow‑up on inventory preparation and order fulfillment status to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any related course.

Rich product knowledge and familiarity with e‑commerce industry information.

Takes initiative, has a strong sense of responsibility, and can go the extra mile.

Ability to work under pressure.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
