Section I: Invitation to Tender

  • Carolina for Kibera invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the Supply, Implementation, Testing, Training and Commissioning of NAVISION Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System or provide any recommendation for any other system.

  • Prices quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (60) days from the closing date of the tender.

  • For each document, the individual firm shall prepare the proposals in two (2) copies, original and a copy. Each copy should have a “Technical Proposal” and a “Financial Proposal”.
