Duties and Responsibilities:
  • An officer at this level will be responsible for typing letters, memos, minutes and performing general office tasks of clerical nature; making appointments and dealing with inquiries.
  • He/She will also be responsible for filing all documents, opening new files and closing old ones, together with collating documents being dispatched from the offices.

    Requirements for appointment:
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies OR Stage II Single and Group Certificates with 3 years working experience as Assistant Office
  • Administrator II Scale 4 or its equivalent.
  • ICT Competence

  • Each application shall be accompanied by detailed Curriculum Vitae, Copies of Relevant Academic and Professional Certificates, National Identity Card or Passport, Testimonials and other relevant supporting documents.

  • Clearance from Kenya Revenue Authority
  • Clearance from Higher Education Loans Board
  • Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
  • Clearance from Credit Reference Bureau
  • Criminal Investigation Department- (Certificate of Good Conduct)
  • Letters of recommendation from at least three persons familiar with the applicant’s professional experience and character in general which should be sent to the address below by the application deadline.
