Job Description

The Technologist/Instructor reports to the Principal Technologist.

Duties and responsibilities will entail:

  • Organize for practical sessions in the laboratory/workshop;

  • Assisting in the preparation of procurement plans;

  • Maintenance of Inventory at the laboratory/workshop;

  • Assist in research work;

  • Analyzing samples.

    Job Specifications

    For appointment to this scale, a candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant technical field from a recognized Institution ;

  • Proficiency in Computer Applications;

  • Fulfill the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.

  • Knowledge in laboratory/workshop operations;

  • Computer literacy.
