Job Description

Supervises coordinates activities of workers engaged in Cupping, grinding, blending, roasting, and packaging of coffee.

Sets up machines, like grinders filling machines.

Ensure high levels of quality coffee and service is delivered.

Responsible for coffee quality, control and establish and ensure quality standard are met.

Responsible for training new team members and current team members on both coffee quality standards and customer services

Responsible for training and supervising team members in sanitation and safety procedures

Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Manage own time and the time of others

Knowledge of domestic as well as international coffee quality standard laws, legal codes, precedents, government regulations and executive orders .

Perfumes Other duties assigned by quality supervisor

Job Requirements

Qualification

MSc/B.Sc. in plant science, Horticulture, General Agriculture and related field of study
Experience year

4/6 years’ experience out of which 2 years as a Coffee Certification officer

Other requirements

Good discipline,

Cooperation, commitment to work,

Strong verbal communication skills,

Ability to work under pressure and skill in Microsoft Office is advantages
