Kenyatta University Lecturer in Pharmacology Jobs in Kenya
Qualifications And Experience
Master’s degree in Pharmacology and a BPharm degree or MBChB degree from a local or foreign university recognized by the Commission for University Education, Kenya.
PhD in Pharmacology will be an added advantage.
Two (2) years of working experience.
Teaching experience will be an added advantage.
For the BPharm degree holder, registration with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya and a valid pharmacist practice license.
If an MBChB degree holder, registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council and a valid practicing license.
Membership of a relevant professional association.
Teaching and research experience appropriate to the rank.
Evidence of publications.
Skills Required For The Job
Teaching and research skills.
Communication and leadership.
Other Special Requirements
Commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Presentation of one (1) paper in a scientific conference.
One (1) publication in a peer‑reviewed journal.
