Person Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, or equivalent qualification.

  • Proficiency in computer applications.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing human resource management decisions within existing rules, regulations, and procedures.

  • Processing information relating to recruitment, promotion, leave, transfer, and exit documents.

  • Updating payroll and complement data.

  • Maintaining records of contracts, probationary periods, and acting appointments.

  • Compiling training applications and staff performance appraisals.

  • Updating the HR management information system.

  • Compiling agenda and minutes for the HR advisory committee.

  • Drafting routine correspondence.

  • Identifying areas of risk in the department.

  • Implementing the department’s charter.

  • Promoting Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR).

  • Implementing the business continuity plan.

  • Fostering a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices and good corporate citizenship.
