Person Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, International Relations and Diplomacy, Communication Studies, Communication and Media, or equivalent qualification.

  • Proficiency in computer applications.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and collating data for corporate communication policies, strategies, frameworks, and work plans.

  • Providing protocol and hospitality arrangements during Agency functions.

  • Drafting media releases, speeches, advertisements, public notices, and documentaries.

  • Undertaking photography and audio‑visual recording for Agency functions.

  • Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys.

  • Updating the Agency’s website and social media platforms.

  • Supporting implementation of events and programmes.

  • Sourcing media to disseminate information on activities.

  • Documenting Agency events through video, photography, and press cuttings.

  • Gathering information on programmes and significant events.

  • Undertaking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes.

  • Disseminating corporate and promotional materials.
