Kenya Space Agency Administration Officer Jobs

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, Transport and Logistics, or equivalent qualification.

  • Proficiency in computer applications.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a register of the Agency’s assets.

  • Compiling a list of unserviceable and obsolete assets for disposal.

  • Assisting in environmental safety, hygiene, and sanitation.

  • Assigning vehicles to drivers daily.

  • Preparing reports on motor vehicles.

  • Maintaining, storing, and securing files and records.

  • Ensuring maintenance of the workplace environment.

  • Supervising general cleaning of offices.

  • Keeping and maintaining records of vehicles.

  • Following up on payments of bills for common services.

  • Implementing work environment survey recommendations.

  • Identifying areas of risk in the department.

  • Implementing the department’s charter.

  • Promoting Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR).

  • Implementing the business continuity plan.

  • Fostering a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices and good corporate citizenship.
