I would like a research grant to determine the safety of Foods sold in Nairobi slum areas. i,e Maize, Beans, Fish, meat, milk among other foods.

The Research process will include analysing the basic food safety parameters and using statistical mean to determine the safety parameter.

The research shall be published and submitted to the ministry of public heath for action.
