    The Government of Kenya has received Financing from the International Development Association (IDA), toward the cost of the Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunities Project (KYEOP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the engagement of eligible Individual Consultant on the following area:

    Individual Consultancy Services for a Field Supervisor 1 year, Renewable. for Impact Evaluation.

    The Ministry of Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services.

    Interested bidders may access and download the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) from the Ministry's website: www.psyg.go.ke.

    How to Apply

  • A Consultant will be selected in accordance with Individual Consultants Selection Method (ICS) set out in the World Rank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011, revised July, 2014).
  • Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours i.e. 09.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. or by emailing procurement_kyeop@psyg.go.ke.
  • Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by e-mail) by Tuesday 9th April, 2019 at 1100 hours.
