Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing human resource matters such as appointments, promotions and leave applications within existing rules, regulations and procedures;

  • Capturing and updating payroll and complement data;

  • Drafting simple routine letters; and

  • Processing pension documents.

    Requirements

  • Diploma in any of the following discipline: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

  • Proficiency in computer applications; and

  • Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.

  • An Applicant with at least two (2) years’ experience in similar position will have an added advantage
