Kenya Medical Training College Senior Lecturer - Pharmacy Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking Senior Lecturers – Pharmacy (5 Posts) to teach, evaluate and mentor students, implement competence‑based curriculum, conduct research and supervise projects. The postholders will also develop teaching manuals, review curricula policies and coach staff on curriculum development.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and evaluate relevant subjects.

  • Prepare schemes of work, lesson notes and lesson plans.

  • Assess students in clinical areas.

  • Guide and counsel students academically.

  • Induct new trainers and trainee lecturers.

  • Implement competence‑based curriculum.

  • Conduct and supervise research projects.

  • Develop at least three teaching manuals.

  • Review curricula policies, standards and processes.

  • Mentor and coach staff on curriculum development.
