Key Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities at this level will involve:

  • Maintaining close liaison with the local administration and National Police personnel.

  • Undertaking work shifts and duty rosters.

  • Implementing security directives and recommendations.

  • Undertaking security emergency operations.

  • Undertaking identification, screening, authorization, and reporting of staff, students, and clients accessing the College facility.

  • Detecting, investigating, preventing, and preparing reports of crimes.

    Person Specification

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

  • Diploma in Criminology, Security Management, Forensic Science, Police Studies, Cyber Security, or any other security‑related discipline from a recognized institution.

  • Valid Basic First Aid Certificate.
