Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) Pharmaceutical Technologist Jobs in Kenya


Key Duties & Responsibilities

Duties at this level will include:

  • Receiving, screening, interpreting, and processing prescriptions.

  • Recording prescriptions.

  • Dispensing drugs/medicines to patients.

  • Pre‑packing, repacking, and writing instructions on labels.

  • Advising patients on usage of drugs.

    Person Specification

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

  • Certificate of enrolment as a Pharmaceutical Technologist from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.

  • Valid practicing license.

  • Proficiency in computer applications.
