Key Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities at this level will involve:

  • Ensuring quality control of works.

  • Valuation of College property in conformity with prevailing market rates.

  • Undertaking technical and feasibility studies.

  • Ensuring that projects comply with existing government standards.

  • Monitoring projects that are completed and ongoing.

  • Inspecting and evaluating buildings, construction works, and motor vehicles.

  • Installing and maintaining electrical works.

  • Preparing project reports.

    Person Specification

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

  • Proficiency in computer applications.
