Key Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities at this level will involve:

  • Directing the daily operations of the hospitality services.

  • Ensuring the general welfare of students.

  • Enforcing the quality policy.

  • Supervising and managing staff.

  • Ensuring that all hospitality staff are in compliance with their occupational requirements regarding health and safety at work.

  • Ensuring proper maintenance of the environment.

    Person Specification

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Hotel and Hospitality Management, Event Management, Catering/Accommodation Management, Institutional Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Production/Management and Service, Food and Beverage Management, or a related qualification from a recognized institution.

  • Proficiency in computer applications.
