Key Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:

Implementing communications, customer, and branding strategies to support the College’s objectives.

Supporting activities to enhance the corporate image of the College.

Monitoring internal and external media communication functions.

Assisting in protocol management.

Organizing the College’s planned events and functions.

Developing content for communication materials.

Supporting the implementation of the College Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and preparing reports.

Responding to customer enquiries.

Receiving, analyzing, and sharing customer feedback.

Manning information desk services at public awareness programmes and outreach forums.

Person Specification

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Journalism, Mass Communication, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Proficiency in computer applications.
