Overall Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems (both physical and electronic).

  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary.

  • Ensuring office equipment is functional and arranging repairs when needed.

  • Handling confidential documents with discretion.

  • Managing databases and updating information regularly.

  • Welcoming visitors and responding to inquiries professionally.

    Requirement for Appointment

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Office Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Fulfil the requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
