We provide help and expeise through relief and development projects in the areas of education, health service, income generation, local community mobilization, child rights protection, and sustainable development projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify through meetings with partner managers the needs/requirements for the
development of social enterprise
Identify methods, processes and tools to implement, sustain and grow a dairy social
enterprise
Provide technical support and build the capacity of SE staff
Provide hands-on support when necessary
Monitor and evaluate the results and impact of the Social Enterprise and submit
progress reports
Support proposal writing for fundraising purposes
Support in Financial Decision-making: developing financial projections, advising, etc.
Network and forge links with other stakeholders and organizations (including county government departments, donors, dairy companies, universities and other supporters)
to ensure continued support for existing and new initiatives
Business Skills
Strong proven ability to negotiate multiple relationships with various partners
Demonstrated technical management and program implementation experience
Dynamic leader with creative problem solving skills, particularly in challenging
situations
Representational and advocacy skills
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
Strong organizational skills and attention to-detail
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
BA in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields
5 years of relevant work experience
Strong background in marketing, branding and ability to execute business development
strategies.
Budget development, administrative skills and financial management experience
required.
Experience with designing, developing and implementing social enterprises highly
desirable.
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English ability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, flexible, independent, culturally sensitive and detail oriented
