Kenya Film Classification Board Door Attendants Jobs;The Door Attendant will manage facility access points, provide guest information, assist with event bookings, and support security and crowd control. The role requires professionalism, physical fitness, and readiness to work in a 24‑hour operational environment.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Open and close facility access points and doors
Report repairs, maintenance needs, and accidents
Direct event booking requests to the officer in charge
Provide information to clients/guests on space availability and hours of operation
Assist security guards and act as security when required
Support crowd control and event monitoring
Perform any other duties assigned by the officer in charge
Note: The Nairobi Film Centre operates 24 hours, including weekends.
Job Specifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a caretaker, janitor, door attendant, or security guard
Age between 25–40 years
Physically fit
Certificate in first aid, firefighting, crowd control, monitoring and surveillance, self‑defense, customer service, or communications
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct / Police Clearance Certificate
Fluent in both English and Kiswahili
