Kenya Electricity Generating Company Human Resource Officer Intern Jobs

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement Human Resource policy and procedures and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Participate in the talent acquisition and placement process and onboard new employees.

Coordinate training programs.

Implement and coordinate performance management programs.

Manage and maintain employee medical and wellness schemes.

Maintain compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.

Must be prepared to serve anywhere in any of the business areas in Kenya.
