Kenya Electricity Generating Company Community Relations Officer Intern Jobs




Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the development of stakeholder engagement plans.

  • Facilitate development of Resettlement Action Plans (RAP).

  • Facilitate identification, implementation, and monitoring of Community Development Carbon Fund projects.

  • Facilitate stakeholder coordination committee meetings.

  • Provide solutions for stakeholders’ concerns and grievances about company projects.

  • Implement CSR activities.

  • Facilitate resolution of stakeholder and community grievances around company projects and operations.

  • Disseminate communication to stakeholders using appropriate communication channels.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Anthropology, Social Science, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

  • Must be prepared to serve anywhere in any of the business areas in Kenya.
