Kenya Ceramics Company Limited Food & Bevarage Assistant Jobs



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operation of the company restaurant and support smooth kitchen and front-of-house activities

  • Support food preparation, meal arrangement, and serving activities while ensuring hygiene standards are maintained

  • Coordinate internal company receptions, business receptions, and meal arrangements for leadership, visitors, and guests

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within kitchen, dining, and front-of-house areas, including supplies and tableware

  • Support implementation of 6S management standards to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment

  • Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient food service and timely meal delivery

  • Monitor food handling procedures and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

  • Support preparation and arrangement of dining areas during meetings, events, and hospitality functions

  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and accountability of kitchen supplies and equipment

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Production, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel, restaurant, kitchen support, or hospitality services

  • Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and hospitality standards

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Good organisational skills and attention to cleanliness
