Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily operation of the company restaurant and support smooth kitchen and front-of-house activities
Support food preparation, meal arrangement, and serving activities while ensuring hygiene standards are maintained
Coordinate internal company receptions, business receptions, and meal arrangements for leadership, visitors, and guests
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within kitchen, dining, and front-of-house areas, including supplies and tableware
Support implementation of 6S management standards to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient food service and timely meal delivery
Monitor food handling procedures and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Support preparation and arrangement of dining areas during meetings, events, and hospitality functions
Ensure proper handling, storage, and accountability of kitchen supplies and equipment
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Food Production, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel, restaurant, kitchen support, or hospitality services
Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and hospitality standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Good organisational skills and attention to cleanliness
