Key Duties / Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, pursue, and convert Beam & Block sales leads
Build relationships with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and quantity surveyors
Visit sites to assess requirements and recommend solutions
Follow up quotations, close deals, and support customer satisfaction through delivery
Technical Support
Provide accurate advice on Beam & Block applications, designs, and specifications
Interpret architectural/structural drawings to generate take‑offs and support proposals
Prepare basic layouts or coordinate detailed drawings/installation guidance with design/drafting teams
Conduct site assessments and propose custom Beam & Block solutions
Client Engagement & Education
Deliver product presentations and technical workshops to prospective clients/partners
Support Marketing with product knowledge and technical content (brochures, case studies)
Train clients and staff on Beam & Block benefits and applications
Project Coordination
Coordinate with Production/Logistics for accurate, timely delivery
Monitor project timelines, material usage, and customer satisfaction
Provide market feedback to improve products/services
Key Outputs / Deliverables
Monthly/quarterly Beam & Block sales targets
New project wins and client conversions
Accurate, timely technical proposals
Client satisfaction and repeat business
CRM data input/management and HubSpot usage compliance
Qualifications & Experience
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales/project‑based selling in construction
Knowledge of precast/flooring systems, including Beam & Block, is an advantage
Ability to read technical drawings; AutoCAD proficiency is a plus
