Kenya Airways Technical Resource Implementer Jobs in Kenya;Implement efficient staff utilization to meet safe aircraft maintenance and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Control daily allocation of Engineers and Technicians.

  • Manage manpower deviations due to schedule interruptions.

  • Coordinate with planning and production areas.

  • Monitor leave, sick‑offs, trainings and no‑shows.

  • Record statistics and monitor overtime.

  • Recommend procedure amendments for performance improvement.

  • Coordinate maintenance operations via maintenance control.

  • Minimize schedule disruptions due to absenteeism.

    Qualifications
  • University graduate or Diploma in relevant field.

  • 5 years’ airline operational experience.

  • Resource management/scheduling experience an advantage.

  • Knowledge of KCAA/EASA rules.

  • IT proficiency – MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects.
