Kenya Airways Data Analyst Jobs;Kenya Airways is seeking a Data Analyst to manage data from diverse sources and provide actionable insights to support departmental and overall business objectives. The postholder will analyze complex datasets, identify trends, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and informed decision‑making.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze business data to support management and departmental objectives.

  • Identify, interpret and communicate trends and patterns in complex datasets.

  • Audit system data for compliance, accuracy and duplication management.

    Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work with business analysts to identify automation opportunities.

  • Streamline data management and reporting functions.

  • Advocate for continuous improvement in team processes.

    Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure 100% adherence to policies, procedures and statutory guidelines.

  • Participate in project execution to meet scope, timelines and specifications.

  • Close audit issues within agreed timeframes.

  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to stakeholders.

    Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

  • Address concerns and meet expectations effectively.

    Professional Development

  • Maintain up‑to‑date competency assessments and development plans.

    Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Management or related field.

  • IT management certification (e.g., ITIL) an advantage.

    Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in data‑related business roles.

  • Proven skills in SQL and major database platforms.

  • Experience with Power BI strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Excel and statistical methods.

  • Python knowledge an added plus.

    Skills

  • Creative thinking and self‑motivation.

  • Strategic perspective and analytical ability.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to synthesize diverse data and recommend strategies.
