Kenya Airways Aircraft Workshops Technical Assistant Jobs



Kenya Airways Aircraft Workshops Technical Assistant Jobs ;Assist Technicians with limited routine tasks under supervision in accordance with regulatory and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Clean components, parts and equipment as instructed by supervisory staff.

  • Assist Technicians in performing duties per Maintenance Manuals.

  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements when handling aircraft parts.

  • Handle spares, tools and equipment safely to prevent injury or damage.

  • Use tools correctly and return them properly.

  • Maintain good housekeeping practices for a safe work environment.

  • Clean workbenches, tools and equipment after use.

  • Assist Technical Materials staff with loading/unloading spares.

  • Maintain service and appearance of vehicles and equipment.

  • Adhere to Health and Safety requirements.

  • Undertake other duties as requested by Technicians or Engineers.

    Skills

  • Analytical thinking.

  • Good communication skills.

    Qualifications

  • KCSE C Plain with C in English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

  • National trade test certificate an advantage.

  • Valid heavy vehicle driving licence preferred.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Airline/motor vehicle maintenance experience an advantage.
