Kenya Airways Aircraft Workshops Technical Assistant Jobs in Kenya; Assist Technicians with limited routine tasks under supervision in accordance with regulatory and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Clean components, parts and equipment as instructed.

  • Assist Technicians per Maintenance Manuals.

  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements when handling aircraft parts.

  • Handle spares, tools and equipment safely.

  • Use tools correctly and return them properly.

  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.

  • Clean workbenches, tools and equipment after use.

  • Assist Technical Materials staff with loading/unloading spares.

  • Maintain service and appearance of vehicles and equipment.

  • Adhere to Health and Safety requirements.

  • Undertake other duties as requested.

    Qualifications
  • KCSE C Plain with C in English, Math, Physics and Chemistry.

  • National trade test certificate an advantage.

  • Valid heavy vehicle driving license preferred.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Airline/motor vehicle maintenance experience an advantage.
