Main Purpose of this Position:

  • Provides technical and microbiological analysis of products, ingredients, raw materials and environment samples to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards.

    Key Deliverables for This Position

  • Ensure compliance with microbiology targets by providing accurate and timely analysis of incoming raw materials, WIP and finished goods for microbiology

  • Monitor product Quality and Food safety to ensure compliance with product specifications and Legislation standards.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing the departmental strategy in line with the production strategy, policies, processes and procedures to achieve the organization’s objectives.

  • Maintaining reports for conformity of finished products.

  • Analyzing incoming raw materials and finished goods for microbiology

  • Microbial analysis of machines, raw materials and finished goods.

  • Participate to HACCP studies to provide assistances related to microbiology and food safety.

  • Supervision of blending room processes to ensure desired color and flavor.

  • Responsible for talent management in the department, including coaching, mentoring, developing, motivating, training, and evaluating staff to achieve highest levels of performance.

  • Implementing best practices in manufacturing and respective areas of work.

  • Implementing product quality, customer & Service Excellence and Change
    initiatives to achieve desired business plans and culture.
