KEMRI Program Assistant - Nairobi Jobs
Key Responsibilities
Upload, categorize, and update digital learning content as directed by Faculty members.
Create content that promotes health literacy and engages users in understanding public health issues.
Provide support for relevant databases.
Monitor LMS performance, uptime, and reliability, including backups and optimization checks.
Assist users (Fellows, mentors, administrators) with troubleshooting support.
Generate basic analytics reports such as enrollment, completion rates, and attendance.
Document information requests from users.
Create knowledge base articles and FAQs addressing common issues.
Conduct user training sessions and orientations.
Schedule and coordinate system maintenance windows.
Regularly back up content and configurations.
Develop and disseminate communications related to women’s health topics, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Vacancy Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Knowledge Management, or related field (Mandatory).
Knowledge in Learning Management Systems (Added Advantage).
Problem‑solving and good organizational skills (Mandatory).
IT skills, including internet research skills (Mandatory).
Teamwork and customer care skills (Mandatory).
